I really don't get the part when Kaye is going home after she gets felt up by Kenny in the first chapter. She meets Roiben in a forest and encounters a centaur (which are fictional) but then later on Roiben shows up at the diner Kaye is at. What was that whole forest thing about if Roiben is real?
this story is very full of fantasy like when kaye daydreams she doesn't know that everything she thinks happens like the horse that came out of nowhere.And how did kenny be able to touch the imaginary horse?And how did kaye be able to enchant kenny to fall for her for that event in the book?
this book is confusing!!! i sort of get it, but i sort of don't. Its about a this girl Kaye who sees faeries, but no one believes her.
now that you have finished reading the pages assigned at the last meeting.can you predict what will happen next?do you think that kaye be able to change her death in the story or will she be able to survive her own destiny?

There is alot of imagery in this book..you bartha maybe have to reread it...they explain the characters and the places description really well so its not that hard to find imagery..you probably is not trying to see it..but oh well...the author is trying to make you seem like you are there..but dont trip...i dont really understand the book either...at some points..you just have to try your best to understand whatever you dont understand
i think that Rath Robien Rye could eventually be Kaye's down fall...in other words he will eventually kill her.

well she was told that she was to find a four leaf clover. she looked in her grandma's yard but she could not find one.

well reall kaye couldn't find a four-leaf clover but i'm wondering how she be able to be deifferent like her true self.without getting any four-leaf clover that's why this book is very complicated though.

What do faeries have against metal again? It's like they can't touch it or something right?

at first i don't understand it either that why can't the faeries touch or go near any metal is because they might die at the end of the story kaye asked lutie what happens if a faerie swallow iron and lutie said,"it burns the mouth of faeries and they die".
that doesnt really give us a clear explanation of why metal can kill faeries. Maybe their senses arent strong to with stand metal.
i think the other imagery in this book is the time when kaye was becoming a real pixie where her skin is turning green,her fingers are having a fourth joint,and how corny saw her wings come out of her back.
the imagery that i liked was when kaye and roiben are at the festival with all the little kids and they meet the queen, and also when kaye saw herself as a child.

at the begginning of the story roiben felt no sign of having an attraction towards kaye,but in the middle kaye was attracted to roiben a little bit.but nearly in the end of the story kaye and roiben felt something for each other.

Well that was one weird book. But i liked it, it was alright. One thing that i am not sure about though is that why Roiben claimed himself the King of the Unseelie Court.
I'm not sure but maybe becausekaye said that roiben must serve silarial.And after a while roiben said that he offer a compact to the court that will free the solitary fey for seven years and maybe the faeries decided that roiben can be their new king.
was the seelie queen in the plot to take out the unseelie queen?

Yes the ending was really cheesy, but it is a fantasy book. The whole book was a complete trip.
The end gave us an insite on the future of kaye. It should have also gave us an insite on a few other characters.
i loved this book because it had an ending that you would never expect. What really got me was that Corny was laughing while he was killing the guy(who's name i can't remember). Even after he died he Corny was still laughing. I thought that was kind of wierd
what do you think happens now that roiben is the new king of the unseelie court?do you roiben will rule his kingdom like the unseelie queen or there will be some changes?
i think roiben will make adjustments that wont anger the citizens but would also be an improvement.

no i think roiben will stop the sacrificing, since he is "friends" with kaye.

i dont really know the significance of the color,but im going out on a limb here and think it means something bad is going to happened to someone..or maybe death...but i dont really know..
when white shows up, it is good. But when black shows up, it is bad.
